Meet The Crew
Bill Bouchard
Owner and proprietor of Integrity Services of Maine, Bill has worked in the HVAC profession since 1995. He earned his Associates in HVAC through Eastern Maine Technical College. He also holds his Master Oil, Large Gas Technician, Tank Setter, Universal EPA, and Plumbing Apprentice licenses/certifications. With experience as a Senior Technician, a Field Supervisor, and Commercial Accounts Manager, in 2016 Bill decided it was time to start his own, ethically based, HVAC company.
Gaeb Bouchard
Gaeb has been with ISM since 2017. He holds his Journeyman Oil, Universal EPA, Natural Gas and Propane, Plumbing Apprentice and Heat Craft Contractor certifications and licenses.

Young
Ben earned his HVAC certification through NTI. He holds his Master Oil, Universal EPA, Natural Gas and Propane, and Journeyman Plumber certifications and licenses.

Chick
Ethan is a graduate of MEMA Tech. He holds his Journeyman Oil and Universal EPA certification and licenses.
Jesse
Ayotte
Jesse is the newest member of ISM, joining the team in 2022. He holds his Journeyman Oil Apprentice, Propane and Natural Gas Helper and Universal EPA certifications and licenses.
